COVID 19 STATEMENT

First and foremost we hope you and/or loved ones are keeping safe in this strangest of times we are currently living in. 

We are operating as usual. As an online only family business we are abiding by government regulation and keeping all equipment and materials in sterile conditions, minimising contact and sanitising products and packaging before sending to our customers.

The only adverse affect of the situation is we have seen delays with some of our supplier products with imports being delayed from overseas due to Covid 19 and indeed in some cases Brexit. While we are trying to indicate any delays on individual items, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing to check stock availability.

DELIVERY POLICY

All small item homeware items will usually be delivered in 7-10 working days. As we are a small business we do not hold a great deal of stock, so if the item is out of stock we will notify you by email and give you an estimated delivery date.

All larger furniture items  will take longer to be delivered, but we will always work to 3-4 weeks and will always keep you in the loop as to when to expect it/us.

Store pick up can be arranged and will of course be free of any charge - please contact us directly to arrange this.

RETURN POLICY

Returns

It is our policy to try and ensure that our buyers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and our service. However, if you not happy or satisfied with your purchase, or if any of goods are faulty or damaged when you received them or you want to simply change your mind, please follow the procedures given below for any returns or exchange or credit.

Where goods are Damaged/ Quantity-Short:

- In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit, you must sign for them as "damaged" or "short in quantity" and notify us within 24 hours of the receipt of such goods. 
- We will arrange to collect the goods back to us within 7 days of your notification at a mutually agreed date, unless we decide to allow you to keep them or dispose of them.
- We can offer a full refund or exchange, including any delivery charges paid by you.
- Goods must be kept in new/ unused condition in it original packaging for any credit to be effected.

Where goods are Faulty/ Incorrect

- If your goods are faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of such goods.
- We offer a full refund or exchange

- We will arrange to collect the goods back to us within 7 days of your notification at a mutually agreed date, unless we decide to allow you to keep them or dispose of them.
- Goods must be kept in new/ unused condition in it original packaging for any credit to be effected.

Where you just wish to change your mind

- You must notify us within 7 working days of the receipt of such goods. Please see below the procedures for notifying us.
- You must arrange for the return of the goods including any applicable insurance.
- We offer a full refund equivalent to the value of goods ordered.
- Goods must be returned in a new/ unused, undamaged and saleable condition in it original packaging for any credit to be effected.

In case of bespoke items (e.g. tables)
- In case of damaged/ faulty items, we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement or remake the goods to your satisfaction.
- Again, you must notify us within 7 working days of the receipt of such goods.

If the items you received are faulty or incorrect, or if you just wish to change your mind, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days on either of the following options:

Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Refunds / Exchange

Please note that any refund/ exchange will be made within 48 hours from receipt of the returned goods and on the basis that they are found to be satisfactory for resale.
